E-Parking License is a device which detects legitimate use of parking bays. It is a small in-vehicle device placed behind the windshield of the vehicle to also allow for visible verification by enforcement officers. As soon as the vehicle is parked in a parking bay, the EPL contacts the wireless SENSIT™ network to register that the vehicle has parked in the designated bay.
