TRAKA™ will attend during its working hours the queries regarding the operation and operation of the solutions object of this contract. This service may consist of a telephone line or a support email. This contract is associated with the contracted facilities, therefore, any module, system, license or additional product linked to these facilities will be added to this contract automatically, once the commercial offer in this regard has been accepted by the CUSTOMER.
